This website and related mobile applications are operated by SoccerPS. Throughout the site and application, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SoccerPS.
SoccerPS offers digital training services, educational content, and physical training products (including but not limited to training mats) designed to support youth football development. By accessing our website, mobile application, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.
These Terms apply to all users of SoccerPS services, including parents, guardians, children (under parental supervision), coaches, customers, and visitors.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use SoccerPS services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & USE BY MINORS
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are a parent or legal guardian providing consent for a minor to use SoccerPS.
Children may only use SoccerPS services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents remain responsible for monitoring their child’s activity and training.
You may not use SoccerPS services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the SoccerPS service without express written permission.
Content transmitted through our services (excluding payment data) may be transferred across networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, SoccerPS does not guarantee that all information on the site or app is complete, current, or error-free.
Content is provided for general informational and training purposes only and should not replace professional coaching, medical, or health advice.

Prices for products and subscriptions may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES
SoccerPS may offer digital subscriptions, training content, physical products, and educational materials.
Physical products may be subject to availability and return policies stated separately.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any product or service will meet every user’s expectations.
SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
SoccerPS may provide access to third-party tools or services. These are provided “as is” and we are not responsible for their performance or content.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. SoccerPS is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
SECTION 9 – USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, videos, comments, or other materials, you grant SoccerPS a non-exclusive right to use such content for service improvement, analysis, or promotional purposes.
You confirm that submitted content does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SoccerPS constitutes acceptance of changes.
