  • Favorite football team

  • Shirt number

  • Preferred foot, including right foot, left foot, or both feet

This information may be used to create and manage the player's profile, personalize the SoccerPS experience, provide relevant training features, and support player progress tracking.

We only process this information for purposes related to providing and improving the SoccerPS Services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

2.3 Training and Progress Data

SoccerPS may process information relating to your use of the training platform, including:

  • Completed training sessions

  • Completed exercises

  • Training duration

  • XP and level information

  • Progress information

  • Training streaks and consistency

  • Performance-related statistics within the App

This information is used to provide training and progress-tracking features and to improve your SoccerPS experience.

5. PROFILE PICTURES AND USER UPLOADS

The SoccerPS App may allow users to upload a profile picture.

When you upload a profile picture, we process the image to associate it with your SoccerPS account and provide the relevant profile functionality.

Profile pictures must comply with our Media Upload Rules.

We may remove profile pictures that violate our rules, applicable law, or the rights of others.

SoccerPS does not require users to upload a profile picture unless specifically stated for a particular feature.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

SoccerPS App subscriptions are currently purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

When you purchase a subscription through these platforms, payment processing is handled by the relevant platform.

SoccerPS does not directly store your full payment card details for App Store or Google Play purchases.

We may receive or process limited subscription-related information necessary to:

  • Verify your subscription status;

  • Provide access to paid features;

  • Manage your account;

  • Provide customer support;

  • Handle subscription-related issues;

  • Comply with legal obligations.

The Apple App Store and Google Play may independently process your personal data under their own privacy policies.

7. PHYSICAL PRODUCT PURCHASES

SoccerPS sells physical football training products, including training mats, through its website.

When you purchase a physical product, we may process information necessary to complete and deliver your order, including:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Billing information;

  • Delivery address;

  • Order details;

  • Payment and transaction information;

  • Customer support communications.

16. ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your SoccerPS account and associated personal data.
You can request account deletion through the available account settings in the App or by contacting:

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless we are required or legally permitted to retain certain information.
Deleting your SoccerPS account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
You must cancel such subscriptions through the relevant app store.

17. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We may use your email address to:

  • Create and manage your account;

  • Provide important service-related information;

  • Respond to support requests;

  • Send transactional communications;

  • Communicate about purchases or subscriptions;
