Terms of Service

SOCCERPS TERMS OF SERVICE AND SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SoccerPS website, mobile application, digital services, content, and physical products, including SoccerPS training mats (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by SoccerPS MB, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 308010743, with its registered office at Kalvarijų g. 125, LT-08221 Vilnius, Lithuania (“SoccerPS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a physical product, or subscribing to the SoccerPS App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the SoccerPS Services in accordance with the applicable laws of your country.

If you are under the applicable legal age to enter into a contract independently, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

If a parent or legal guardian purchases a product or subscription for a child, they are responsible for ensuring that the child uses the Services appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that the information you provide to SoccerPS is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. User Accounts

Certain features of the SoccerPS App require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information;

  • Keeping your login credentials secure;

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account;

  • All activity carried out through your account.

You must not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us at info@soccerps.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

3. SoccerPS Products

SoccerPS currently offers physical football training products, including training mats, through its website.

Product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, packaging, and other specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, screen settings, or product updates.

SoccerPS reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time.

4. Orders, Payments and Delivery

Physical SoccerPS products purchased through our website are subject to product availability and order acceptance.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order may be cancelled where necessary, including in cases of:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Suspected fraudulent activity;

  • Incorrect or incomplete order information.

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Additional delivery, customs, or import charges may apply depending on the destination and may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available on our website.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and delivery-related matters for physical products are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and SoccerPS's applicable return policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where applicable, customers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the legally prescribed period.

Further information regarding returns and refunds may be provided on the website or in the applicable order information.

6. SoccerPS App and Subscriptions

The SoccerPS mobile application provides football training content, exercises, training programs, progress tracking, and other digital features.

App subscriptions are currently purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation, and payment processing are presented through the relevant app store at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the terms of the relevant app store.

To manage or cancel a subscription purchased through:

  • Apple App Store: use your Apple account subscription settings.

  • Google Play: use your Google Play subscription settings.

SoccerPS does not directly process or store your full payment card details for subscriptions purchased through these platforms.

Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases may be subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant platform and applicable law.

7. App Content and Training

SoccerPS provides football training and educational content intended to support users in developing their football skills.

The content may include:

  • Training videos;

  • Exercises;

  • Training programs;

  • Levels;

  • PX and progress systems;

  • Training history;

  • Performance-related statistics;

  • Other football development features.

SoccerPS does not guarantee any specific athletic, football, academic, professional, or other outcome.

Individual results may vary depending on factors including effort, consistency, physical condition, training environment, previous experience, and other circumstances outside our control.

SoccerPS content is not medical advice, physiotherapy, or a substitute for professional medical or sports-health advice.

Users should exercise responsibly and stop training if they experience pain, injury, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for appropriately supervising children where necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the SoccerPS website and App, including but not limited to:

  • Videos;

  • Training programs;

  • Exercises;

  • Graphics;

  • Designs;

  • Logos;

  • Trademarks;

  • Text;

  • Audio;

  • Software;

  • User interface elements;

are owned by SoccerPS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy or reproduce our content;

  • Distribute or publicly display our content;

  • Sell or commercially exploit our content;

  • Modify or create derivative works from our content;

  • Reverse engineer the App;

  • Extract or systematically collect content from the Services;

  • Use SoccerPS content to create a competing product or service.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by SoccerPS.

9. User Content

The SoccerPS App may allow users to upload certain content, such as profile pictures.

You remain responsible for any content you upload and must ensure that you have the necessary rights to upload it.

You must not upload content that:

  • Is unlawful;

  • Is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory;

  • Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • Contains harmful or malicious software;

  • Violates SoccerPS policies.

Profile photo requirements and other applicable rules are described in our Media Upload Rules.

SoccerPS may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

Personal data contained in or associated with user content is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services;

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten other users;

  • Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit SoccerPS content without permission;

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App;

  • Circumvent security or access restrictions;

  • Use automated systems to improperly collect data from the Services.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may use or integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Apple App Store;

  • Google Play;

  • Payment providers;

  • Hosting and cloud providers;

  • Analytics or technical service providers;

  • Other infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

SoccerPS is not responsible for the independent operation, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

SoccerPS processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) where applicable.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Services available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may from time to time:

  • Update the App;

  • Modify features;

  • Add or remove content;

  • Improve or change our Services;

  • Temporarily suspend certain features for maintenance or technical reasons.

Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with any rights or remedies resulting from material changes to paid services.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

SoccerPS does not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be available;

  • The App will operate without errors;

  • All content will always be complete or up to date;

  • Use of the Services will produce a particular football or athletic result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoccerPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

This section does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

15. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your SoccerPS account at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

SoccerPS may suspend or terminate access to an account where:

  • These Terms are violated;

  • The Services are used unlawfully;

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected;

  • Suspension or termination is required by law.

Termination of an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Such subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant app store.

Certain information may be retained after account deletion where required by law or reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website and will include a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become effective.

17. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those mandatory laws.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law and mandatory consumer protection rules.
